Clarence is originally from Toronto, Canada, where she completed her Doctor of Dental Surgery and General Practice Residency at the University of Western Ontario and the University of Toronto, respectively. Clarence’s practice is limited to cosmetic and restorative dentistry and she is well-published to both the local and international dental press, writing articles, reviewing and developing prototype products and techniques in clinical dentistry. She frequently and continually lectures internationally. Clarence is the Immediate Past Chairperson of the New Zealand Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry.
She is currently one of two individuals in Australasia to hold Board-Certified Accredited Member Status with the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. Clarence is an Opinion Leader for multinational dental companies Kuraray Noritake, J Morita Corp, Henry Schein NZ, Ivoclar Vivadent, Dentsply Sirona, 3M, Kerr, GC Australasia, SDI and Coltene and is the only Voco Fellow in Australia and New Zealand. She holds Fellowship status with the International Academy for DentoFacial Esthetics and is a passionate and approachable individual, committed to having an interactive approach with patients in all of her cases to maximize predictability.
Dr. José Ignacio Zorzin graduated as dentist at the Friedrich-Alexander University of Erlangen-Nürnberg, Germany, in 2009. He obtained his Doctorate (Dr. med. dent.) in 2011 and 2019 his Habilitation and venia legendi in conservative dentistry, periodontology and pediatric dentistry (“Materials and Techniques in Modern Restorative Dentistry”). Dr. Zorzin works since 2009 at the Dental Clinic 1 for Operative Dentistry and Periodontology, University Hospital Erlangen. He lectures at the Friedrich-Alexander University of Erlangen-Nürnberg in the field of operative dentistry where he leads clinical and pre-clinical courses. His main fields of research are self-adhesive resin luting composites, dentin adhesives, resin composites and ceramics, publishing in international peer-reviewed journals.
Dr. Florian Zwiener is a distinguished dental professional known for his expertise in Endodontics, Prosthodontics, and CAD/CAM technology. Born in Cologne, Germany, he developed a passion for dentistry and pursued his education at the University of Cologne, where he obtained his degree in Dentistry.
Currently, Dr. Florian Zwiener practices at the Dr. Frank Döring Dental Clinic in Hilden, Germany. Here, he continues to apply his specialized knowledge and skills, ensuring that his patients receive the highest quality of care.
In 2007, he was the winner of the National race for the dental technician at “G.Plana” institute in Torino
In 2008, he graduated from dental technician school “Mazzini” in Savona
His professional path began there where he started his activities and experience at Dental Lab Rondoni in Savona collaborating and flanking mdt.Daniele Rondoni in many activities of study and devolopment of aesthetic and dental materials.
In 2017, he had the honor of travelling in Japan to meet and learn from Mr. Aoshima , Mr. Yamada, Mr.Yuasa.
Dr. Filippo Menini graduated in Dentistry and Dental Prosthetics from the Universidad Europea De Madrid in 2017. He has been passionately dedicated to the study of direct and indirect adhesive techniques in the field of conservative dentistry. He became a Regular Member of the Italian Academy of Conservative Dentistry in 2018 and the Italian Academy of Prosthetic Dentistry in 2019.
In November 2021, he joined the Think Adhesive Members, and since February 2022, he has been a contract tutor at the University of Siena in the Endo-Resto master program taught by Professor Grandini.
Dr. Menini has attended numerous courses in conservative dentistry, endodontics, periodontology, and adhesive prosthetics to manage his work in a multidisciplinary perspective. He has his dental practice in Belluno.
Simone Maffei, a dental technician since 1996 (IPSIA L.Galvani Reggio Emilia), embarked on his career in Modena at his father William's laboratory. Throughout his professional journey, he has demonstrated a commitment to excellence by participating in numerous courses led by prominent international speakers. These courses span the realms of dental technology and photography.
Presently, Maffei is not only a respected speaker at national and international conferences but has also contributed articles to both Italian and foreign sector magazines. His written works delve into the intricate intersection of dental photography and the aesthetics of the smile. A testament to his expertise, Maffei earned recognition as the recipient of the prestigious AIOP International Award in 2014. He actively shares his knowledge by conducting courses in Italy and abroad, focusing on dental technology, dental photography, natural ceramic layering techniques, and the three-dimensional coloring of monolithic restorations.
As a valued member of the Digital Dental Revolution (DDR) Team, Maffei serves as a speaker at courses and international conferences, where he imparts insights on various facets of digital dentistry.
Simone Maffei is also the proud owner of the Laboratorio Odontotecnico Maffei in Modena. Collaborating with his sister Elisa, the laboratory specializes in crafting aesthetic ceramic reconstructions for both natural teeth and implants, showcasing a dedication to the art and science of dental aesthetics.
