CLEARFIL MAJESTY™ ES-2 Premium will make your restorations a predictable success, thanks to the fixed shade combinations of Dentin and Enamel.
The shade-matching ability of CLEARFIL MAJESTY™ ES-2 Premium covers a group of shades through the fixed shade combination of D + E. CLEARFIL MAJESTY™ ES-2 Premium is a composite with a unique shade concept “approved” by VITA™.

One Premium shade combination covers no less than three VITA™ shades. Unbelievable, but true – with CLEARFIL MAJESTY™ ES-2 universal composite concept, you substitute no less than three VITA™ shades with a single Premium Enamel + Dentin shade combination. This is made possible by developing shade groups, based on brightness, of three shades each.
A combination of dual-shade, A2E and A2D enables you to make a C1, D2 and A2 shade restoration. Furthermore, you can make these esthetical restorations without any complicated shade schemes and formulas. You just copy enamel and dentin. An astonishing innovation!

Dual layering with fixed colour combinations
CLEARFIL MAJESTY™ ES-2 PREMIUM is the Dual-Layering composite par excellence: an esthetic composite which enables the creation of outstanding esthetic restorations, simply and with predictable results, for both anterior and posterior applications. Thanks to the unique technology utilised in CLEARFIL MAJESTY™ ES-2 PREMIUM no fewer than three VITA™ colours can be covered using a single fixed Enamel & Dentin composite colour combination! Simply use your VITA classical A1-D4® shade guide to select the right colour.

1. Group the VITA™ shade tabs from light to dark.
Simply use your VITA™ classic colour guide to select the right colour. Range the colours according to value, from clearest B1 to least clear C4. -
2. Define the colour on the basis of the new classification.
Determine the colour in the usual way. -
3. Use the fixed colour combination Enamel and Dentin (E+D).
With an application of a single colour combination of the Enamel and Dentin composite, you can cover no fewer than three VITA™ colours.
Tip: Respect the anatomy during build-up.
Layering should not take much time with CLEARFIL MAJESTY ES-2 PREMIUM; all you need to do is follow the anatomy.

BLEACHING
Two fixed bleaching colour combinations XWE + XWD for extra white restorations and WE + WD for white restorations.

TRANSLUCENT
The translucent composite colours Clear, Blue, Grey and Amber give your restorations the additional translucency that is sometimes needed: think, for example, of the incisal halo required when dealing with young teeth.
These colours will help you to characterise your restorations and take them to a higher level. -
VERY DARK TEETH
KA6 is an extra-dark colour which can be used for those patients for whom a standard VITA™ colour simply does not match: a welcome addition for the treatment of older patients.

Excellence in shades - Here is the proof!
Harvard School of Medicine put our concept to the test.
In their study, headed by Dr. Nagai, the centers of three VITATM Classical Shade Guide tabs (D2, A2, C1) were restored according to the shade instructions of three manufacturers. With the A2E and A2D shade combination, Kurary Noritake Dental’s CLEARFIL MAJESTYTM ES-2 proved to match not only the A2 shade but also the D2 and C1 shades. All three tabs, restored with CLEARFIL MAJESTYTM ES-2, showed no visible difference to the original VITATM tab.
Note: Some manufacturers’ recipes require up to three different shade combinations for each separate VITA™ shade. CLEARFIL MAJESTYTM ES-2 matches all three VITA™ shades with only one Premium shade combination (in this case A2E and A2D).
