All-ceramic dental materials vary widely in their properties. This is not only true for different types of ceramic – like lithium disilicate versus zirconia – but also for different versions of a single material such as zirconia. How these differences – and hence your material choice – may influence the quality of indirect restorations is revealed in this presentation.

Dr. Joseph Kunkela DMD, PHD was born in Varnsdorf, Czech Republic, in 1968. Finished postgraduate doctoral degree Ph.D., thesis Dental Office Management and Marketing (University of Economics Prague). In 2012 he founded KUNKELA Campus - a uniquely structured set of trainings and seminars for dentists and dental technicians. Dr. Kunkela is a member of SKYN Concept Team, member of International Digital Smile Design Master Team as well as an Ambassador of Academy of Digital Dentistry.
